- Account & identity information — your mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login), your name, and optionally your email address and profile photo.
- Delivery & location information — your delivery address and, with your permission, your device’s approximate or precise location to help you select an accurate delivery address.
- Order & subscription information — the products you order, subscription schedules, pauses, quantity changes, and delivery history.
- Payment & wallet information — wallet balance and transaction records. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not store your full card or bank credentials on our servers.
- Device & usage information — device model, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, identifiers, and diagnostic/usage data used for reliability, analytics, and advertising attribution.
- Referral information — referral codes you share or use, to operate our referral program.
- Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you via one-time passwords (OTP).
- To process orders and subscriptions, schedule deliveries, and manage your wallet and payments.
- To send you transactional and service messages, delivery updates, and push notifications.
- To operate referral, loyalty, and membership features.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To measure and improve our Services, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
- To measure the performance of our marketing and app-install campaigns and to show relevant ads.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Services, including:
- Payments — Razorpay, to process payments, wallet recharges, and refunds securely.
- Cloud infrastructure — Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Cloud Messaging) for data storage, app infrastructure, and notifications.
- SMS / OTP delivery — our SMS provider, to send login and verification codes.
- Maps & location — Google Maps, to help you select delivery addresses.
- Analytics & advertising — Meta (Facebook) and Google, as described in the next section.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.
4. Analytics & Advertising
We use third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how our Services are used and to run app-install and marketing campaigns:
- Meta (Facebook) SDK & Pixel — our mobile app integrates the Meta SDK, and our website uses the Meta Pixel, to measure app installs, app activity, and ad performance, and to help deliver and attribute advertising. This may involve sharing app events and device identifiers with Meta. You can manage ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and via your device’s advertising settings.
- Google Ads & analytics — we use Google tools to measure website and campaign performance.
You can limit interest-based advertising through your device settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” / resetting your advertising identifier on iOS and Android).
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records (such as invoices and transaction history) for longer where required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- You can access and update your profile information from within the app.
- You can manage notification and location permissions through your device settings.
