These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veda Milk website www.vedamilk.com, our mobile applications, and our dairy products and delivery services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You register and sign in using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate and current information.

2. Orders, Subscriptions & Deliveries

  • You can place one-time orders or set up recurring subscriptions (daily or alternate-day) through the app.
  • Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Noida and Greater Noida, subject to availability.
  • Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a valid delivery address and safe access for our delivery team.
  • You may pause, modify quantities, or reschedule eligible subscriptions within the timelines shown in the app.

3. Pricing, Wallet & Payments

  • Prices for products and delivery charges are displayed in the app and may change from time to time.
  • Payments and wallet recharges are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Orders and subscription deliveries are funded from your wallet balance. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance for upcoming deliveries.
  • Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

4. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

You may pause or cancel eligible orders and subscriptions before the applicable cut-off time shown in the app. Refunds, where applicable, are credited to your Veda Milk wallet or original payment method in accordance with our then-current policies. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, contact our support promptly so we can resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
  • Misuse referral, promotional, or membership programs, or attempt to manipulate pricing or rewards.
  • Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Services without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Veda Milk name, logo, mascot, content, designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services.
